Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return and/or exchange policy is valid for 7 days after receiving your item. Regrettably, no returns can be made or will be accepted after 7days. SALE items are not eligible for returns at this moment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a store credit/store voucher refund, your store credit/store voucher will be for amount of your item(s) only - your shipping costs will not be credited.
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be in their original condition, without damage, unworn, free of stains, unwashed and with all original tags still attached and undamaged.
Gift Cards, Store Vouchers, Store Credit, Sale items, Sample items and Custom Made Items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This includes but is not limited to:
Clothing items that show obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is approved or rejected for a Store Credit or Store Voucher 'refund'.
If you return is approved, your 'refund' will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your store account within 24 hours.
SALE/SAMPLE/CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
All sales on SALE/SAMPLE/CUSTOM MADE items are Final.
Only regular priced, non-custom items may be returned, refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged and/or returned for a replacement or Store Credit/Store Voucher or refund.
EXCHANGES
Sale items, Sample items & custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. The sale on these items is final.
Should your item not be a sale, sample or custom made item, it may be exchanged for a different size should it not fit.
Your item(s) must be in their original condition, without damage, unworn, free of stains, unwashed and with all original tags still attached and undamaged.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may return your item and receive a store credit or store voucher, or a replacement of the same item. Once the returned item is received and your return is accepted, your replacement will be shipped to you or your store credit or store voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will accept a return for Store Credit/Store Voucher or a replacement, provided your item(s) is in original condition, without damage, unworn, free of stains, unwashed and with all original tags still attached and undamaged.
SHIPPING
You may return your item to us via the Post Office, PostNet, PAXI or Courier. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for any costs involved with returning your item(s) to us.
KF COUTURE BOUTIQUE will cover the cost of one delivery for your replacement item, free of charge.
If you are shipping an item of any value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or that it will arrive undamaged.
