Shipping policy

Orders over R1000 ship FREE

We offer three delivery options for orders less than R1000:
1. Door to Door economy courier, within South Africa, at a flat rate of R85 per order.
2. PAXI (Pep Counter to counter) at a flat rate of R50 per order.  Please note - You will need to provide us with the PAXI code and location of you nearest PEP PAXI branch.
3. FREE Local Drop-Off/Pick-Up in the MOSSELBAY area, Western Cape. This is only available for customers residing in the Mosselbay area. (Should this shipping method be selected, and the address supplied is not in the Mosselbay area, we will contact you to update your shipping method, or cancel your order)

Your IN STOCK order will be processed and shipped out within 5 working days. Your order will then take 2-4 working days* to reach you once it has been handed over to the courier. (*estimated time, depending on delivery area).  PAXI delivery times are generally 7-9 working days.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your order with the Courier.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for any costs involved with returning your item to us. You may return your item to us via the Post Office, PostNet, PAXI or Courier. If you are shipping an item of any value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item, or that it will arrive undamaged.
We will cover the cost of shipping one replacement item to you - please read the Returns Policy for more information on returns.
